Seller Registration and Product Listing Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the registration process and product listing on our platform. By registering as a seller and listing products on our website, you agree to comply with the following terms:
- Seller Eligibility:
- You must be a legally recognized entity or an individual of at least 18 years old to register as a seller.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
- Account Creation and Security:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
- Product Listings:
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of product listings, including images, descriptions, prices, and other relevant details.
- You agree not to list prohibited or illegal products, including counterfeit items, copyrighted material without permission, weapons, drugs, and items infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Product listings must not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Product Quality and Condition:
- The products you list must meet industry standards and any specific quality requirements set by our platform.
- You must accurately represent the condition of your products and provide transparent information about any defects or imperfections.
- Pricing and Payment:
- Payment Terms: Payments will be made by the Aggregator to the Partner for products sold, less any agreed commissions or fees, on a regular basis as defined in the Payment Schedule annexed hereto.
- Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
- The Partner agrees to adhere to the Aggregator's return and refund policies and handle suchrequests in a manner consistent with these policies. This includes fulfilling any exchanges, returns, or upgrades by allowing the customer to visit the Partner's store or through an e-commerce portal.
- Furthermore, the Partner agrees to replace any product if it is found to be defective or not as per the standard specifications provided by the manufacturer.
- Order Acceptance, Fulfilment, Shipping, and Customer Satisfaction:
- You are responsible for promptly accepting and processing orders that you receive through our platform.
- Upon accepting an order, you commit to fulfilling it within the timeframe specified in our platform's Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Products must be shipped within the specified time frame and in optimal condition, meeting the quality and specifications listed on our platform.
- The responsibility for selecting appropriate shipping methods and ensuring accurate shipping information lies with you.
- In the event of any delays, damages, or issues related to shipping and delivery, it is your responsibility to communicate promptly with the buyer and take necessary corrective actions to resolve the situation within the parameters of the SLA.
- The products you deliver must match the description and quality listed on our platform.
- Intellectual Property:
- By listing products on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote your product content for marketing and promotional purposes related to our platform.
- You must respect the intellectual property rights of others and not use copyrighted material without proper authorization.
- Termination:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your seller account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
- Upon termination, any active orders must be fulfilled, and you remain responsible for obligations related to those orders.
- Modifications :
- We may update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
- By registering as a seller and listing products on iktaraa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you Iktaraa.
